You want your employees to get educated in order to ITIL V3 / 2011?

The course ITIL V3 Foundation (desiged by a therefore certified company) takes 3 days and enables the
participants to pass the examination which is executed by an authorized organization (like the TÜV in Germany).

The course content lets you first of all become aware of IT-Service Management in order to ITIL V3
and then introduces the 5 ITIL core books:

- Service Strategy
- Service Design
- Service Transition
- Service Operation
- Service Continual Service Improvement

There is a strong focus on preparing the examination.
The learning matter will be repeated and exercised by a lot of test questions and answers.
